It lists 1,230 level RV sites with concrete patios and 30- or 50-amp service, plus pickleball, mini golf, an on-site chapel and a full activity calendar.
The age rule: one resident must be at least 55 and the other at least 45, with photo ID. On the 5-month package the rent drops to about $814 a month, between Bonita Mesa and Fortuna de Oro.
