Leo's Campground is a small, long-running private RV park on Stock Island at the very bottom of the Florida Keys, a few minutes from Key West. It suits RVers who want a Key West base at any cost and are happy with a basic place to park rather than a resort.
The practical picture is straightforward. Sites are small but come with full hookups and 30/50-amp power, and the listed length limit is 35 feet, so big Class As should look elsewhere. Rates we have seen run roughly $75 to $140 a night, which is Keys pricing for a no-frills lot. Booking is best done by phone. Winter is the season everyone wants, so call well ahead. The trade-off is simple: you are paying for location, not facilities. What you do get is a walkable stretch of Stock Island restaurants that have become a destination in their own right.
