Standard back-ins sit on 80-by-35-foot shell pads; pull-throughs are 90-by-35-foot concrete pads with 50/30/20-amp, water, sewer, cable and Wi-Fi, so a 45-foot Class A with a toad fits easily. Pricing is dynamic, quoted live by date and site class, and every stay adds a $19 daily resort fee and a nonrefundable 3.4 percent booking fee (phone bookings add $9). It runs year-round with peak from November to April and value in summer. The trade-offs are the long Disney commute, Polk Parkway road hum, late event noise on party weekends and young landscaping with little natural shade.

Book it if the resort is the vacation and Disney is a day trip at most, especially with kids who love pools or Legoland; skip it if you plan to be inside a Disney park every day or want quiet, shade and nature.
