Pricing is dynamic, quoted live by date and site class, and every stay adds a $19 daily resort fee and a nonrefundable 3.4 percent booking fee (phone bookings add $9). It runs year-round with peak from November to April and value in summer. The trade-offs are the long Disney commute, Polk Parkway road hum, late event noise on party weekends and young landscaping with little natural shade.
