The property has around 123 sites, roughly 114 of them full-hookup RV sites with water, sewer, 30/50-amp electric and cable on paved pads; pull-throughs run 60 to 70 feet. Pricing is per site and per date on the resort's interactive booking map: from about $45 off-peak, standard back-ins around $57 and pull-throughs around $68 in spring, and $80 to $90 for premium and peak riverfront sites, with snowbird rates for 28-night winter stays. It is open year-round; the pool runs roughly April to November and the hot tub all year. Book months ahead for March through October. The trade-offs are tight interior spacing, Highway 9 road noise near the front, weak Verizon signal and riverside sites that sometimes face a rock berm.
