Apgar Campground is the largest campground in Glacier National Park, Montana, with 194 no-hookup sites in mixed conifer forest just inside the West Glacier entrance at the south end of Lake McDonald. Book Apgar if you want to be inside Glacier with showers, water and a dump station and can dry camp in a rig under 40 feet. Skip it if you need hookups or crave deep-forest solitude, where Fish Creek or a private West Glacier park fits better.
