The published prices exclude Florida tax. Credit-card payments add 3.5%, and the resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover rather than cash, checks, or American Express. Platinum Plus pricing is available by phone.

The address uses Key West, but the resort is not in walkable Old Town. Plan a car, legal Class B movement, or another transport option for Duval Street, Mallory Square, and city attractions.

When either the guest’s listed residence or the resort falls inside the qualifying forecast cone for a named tropical storm, hurricane, or major hurricane—and the reservation dates fall within the applicable window—the guest may cancel for a full refund. Guests already on-site can receive a refund for unused nights, and mandatory Florida Keys evacuation orders also trigger a refund for unused nights.

Read the exact policy and follow Monroe County evacuation instructions. A refund does not make a late evacuation safe; visitors can be asked to leave before residents, and US-1 is the only road out.
